Meet the brain and heart of the company. Carol Crane is founder and owner of CLD Construction and has been working within construction for nearly 20 years. She runs the many facets within the business and is the onsite general contractor/project manager, helping to communicate her clients needs with subcontractors and the county throughout the entire project process.

Paisley West

University of Washington, Foster School of Business graduate, Paisley West, is passionate about sustainability and hopes to impact the construction industry through pushing towards continuous education and innovative progress. She’s gained a global perspective of our environmental needs through traveling and living abroad, as well as participates in local environmental events to understand what’s relevant in our community. She continues her education through the USGBC LEED Certification Program.
